Designed specifically for aluminium sections, door and window profiles and architectural extrusions, this booth has a long narrow chamber that lets full length profiles pass through comfortably. Air flow is tuned for the light weight of aluminium so that the profile does not sway during spraying.
Supplied with recovery unit, filters and lighting; available in lengths to match your extrusion size. The chamber geometry is designed around how an operator actually walks and sprays along a long profile, keeping the coat thickness consistent from one end to the other.
Most aluminium fabricators pair this booth with our matching curing oven of the same internal length, so profiles move straight from spraying to curing on the same trolley without repositioning.
