Great India Powder Coating System was established in 2021 at New Delhi and has grown into a trusted manufacturer, retailer and supplier of powder coating booths, curing ovens, electrostatic guns and complete conveyorised coating plants. What began as a small fabrication unit is today a 25 member team serving fabricators, auto component makers, furniture manufacturers and architectural aluminium units across India.
We build every machine in-house. That gives us control over sheet thickness, insulation quality, blower balancing and burner tuning – the four things that decide whether a coating line runs profitably for ten years or becomes a maintenance headache in two. Before dispatch, each booth and oven is trial run in our works, and after dispatch our engineers erect it at your site, run the first production batch with your operators and hand over a plant that is already making good parts.
