The Semi Automatic Steel Powder Coating Booth is built on a rigid MS structure with powder coated panels, an integrated recovery hopper and a filter bank. It gives a controlled air flow across the opening so that overspray is captured instead of escaping into the shop floor.
This model is the most economical choice for units starting their first coating line and can later be integrated with a conveyor and curing oven. The modular panel design also means the booth can be extended or reconfigured later if your component sizes change or your production volume grows.
We size the blower and filter area to the booth opening at the drawing stage itself, so airflow across the face stays even from corner to corner instead of dropping off at the edges – a common problem with undersized booths.
