The largest part you coat - length, width, height and weight. This fixes the booth opening and oven chamber.
Daily production target
How many pieces or kilos per shift. This decides batch oven vs conveyorised line, and the conveyor speed.
Fuel available at site
Diesel, LPG, PNG or electric - and the sanctioned electrical load. Running cost depends almost entirely on this.
Shop floor space
Rough length x width, and the shed height. We design the layout to fit what you already have.
