A Wooden Finish Coating Plant gives metal the look of timber without any of its maintenance. The component is powder coated in a base colour, wrapped or laid with a wood grain transfer film, and heated in a sublimation oven so the pattern transfers permanently into the powder film. What comes out looks like wood and behaves like coated metal.
The plant is built around the sublimation oven – vacuum table type for flat panels and doors, or wrapping type for aluminium profiles and sections. Transfer time and temperature are set for the film and the base powder, and we establish those settings with your own material at commissioning rather than handing over a generic chart.
This is the finish behind most wood-look aluminium windows, door frames, railings and furniture sections you see today. Demand for it has grown steadily with architectural aluminium, and we supply and install these plants pan India.
