A Liquid Painting Booth has a harder job than a powder booth: solvent vapour has to be extracted safely, and the paint mist has to be trapped before it reaches the atmosphere. We build both water curtain and dry filter types, and which one suits you depends on paint consumption and how often you change colour.
Water curtain booths run a continuous sheet of water down the back wall, washing paint mist into a sump where it is separated and removed as sludge. They handle heavy paint volumes without a filter change and are the usual choice for high consumption shops.
Dry filter booths pass the air through replaceable filter media instead. Lower initial cost, no water treatment, and much simpler to keep clean – which is why smaller units and shops with frequent colour changes usually prefer them. Both types are supplied with balanced extraction, spark-safe lighting and an exhaust stack.
