An Electronic Powder Coating Spray Gun Machine puts the electrostatic voltage and the powder output on a digital control unit instead of an analogue knob. The operator sets kV and output as numbers, saves them against a component, and gets the same film thickness back the next time that job runs.
That repeatability is where the money is. Manual guns drift – a slightly higher output than needed on every piece adds up to real powder consumption over a month, and inconsistent kV shows up as patchy coverage on corners and recessed areas.
Supplied with the control unit, gun, hose, powder hopper or box feed, and nozzles for flat spray and round patterns. Fluidising is adjustable so light and heavy powders both feed evenly. Spare electrodes, nozzles and hoses are stocked and dispatched the same day.
