The Powder Coating Spray Gun Machine delivers a stable electrostatic charge that wraps powder around the component, giving high transfer efficiency and a smooth even film. The digital control unit lets the operator set kV and micro-amp values for flat panels, deep recesses or re-coating.
Supplied complete with gun, control unit, powder hopper with fluidising bed, hose set and nozzle kit. The fluidising bed keeps powder aerated and flowing evenly to the gun, which is what prevents the surging and spitting that ruins an otherwise good coat.
A stable kV output also means less orange-peel texture and fewer rejected parts, which over a year of production adds up to a real difference in powder consumption.
