Our Semi Automatic Mild Steel Powder Coating Oven cures the coated components at a uniform 180 to 200 degree Celsius. The double wall construction with high density insulation and a recirculation blower gives an even temperature across the full chamber, so components at the top and bottom of the trolley cure identically.
Available in diesel, LPG, PNG and electric heating versions with digital temperature controller and safety cut-off. Side ducting recirculates hot air continuously instead of relying on a single point heater, which is what keeps the front, back, top and bottom of the chamber within a few degrees of each other.
A well-cured coat depends as much on time-at-temperature as on peak temperature, so every oven ships with a digital controller that lets you set and hold a precise soaking period, not just a target temperature.
