Built for high volume production, the 1000 Kg Automatic Powder Coating Gas Fire Oven handles heavy trolley loads with a fully automatic gas burner and a controlled heating cycle. Temperature, soaking time and blower operation are managed automatically, which keeps fuel consumption low and quality consistent shift after shift.
Supplied with a heat exchanger so that flue gases never touch the components, protecting the coated finish. The automatic burner modulates its firing rate instead of switching fully on and off, which avoids the temperature spikes that scorch or discolour a freshly applied coat.
Because the entire cycle – ramp up, soak, and controlled cool down – runs on a pre-set program, output quality stops depending on how attentive the operator is on a given shift.
