A powder coating plant is not one machine, it is six or seven that have to agree with each other. We manufacture and install the whole line: pre-treatment tanks, drying oven, coating booth with recovery, electrostatic guns, compressed air system, curing oven and – where the volume needs it – the conveyor that ties them together.
The plant is planned around three numbers you give us: the largest component you coat, the weight of one trolley or hanger, and the pieces you need out of the door per shift. Everything else follows from those – booth opening, oven chamber, blower capacity, burner rating and conveyor speed. This is why we ask about your components before we quote, instead of sending a price list.
We manufacture all type powder coating plants – manual, semi automatic, fully automatic, gas fired, diesel fired and electric – and deliver, erect, connect and trial-run the plant at your factory anywhere in India. Your operators run the first production batch with our engineer standing next to them.
