We manufacture industrial ovens for work well beyond powder coating: curing, drying, baking, stress relieving, pre-heating and component annealing. The engineering that matters is the same in all of them – insulation grade, air circulation path, burner or heater sizing, and how tightly the controller can hold a set temperature over time.
Chambers are built from double wall panels with high density rock wool or PUF insulation and an inner skin chosen for the temperature range. Hot air is recirculated through side ducts so the front, back, top and bottom of a loaded chamber stay within a few degrees of each other – the difference between a batch that cures evenly and one where the parts nearest the door come out soft.
Heating by diesel, LPG, PNG, electric elements or thermic fluid. Digital or PLC control with soaking timer, over-temperature alarm and door interlock as standard. Batch trolley type, top loading, or continuous conveyorised tunnel.
