A Manual Powder Coating Plant is the smallest complete setup we build: a coating booth with powder recovery, an electrostatic gun with control unit, a trolley, and a batch curing oven. The operator sprays, wheels the trolley across, and cures. No conveyor, no automation, no PLC.
For a fabrication unit that is currently sending work outside for coating, this is usually the fastest payback in the whole range. The floor space needed is small, the electrical load is modest, and an operator can be trained on it in a day.
We still size it properly. The booth opening is set by your largest component, the oven chamber by your trolley, and the blower by the booth face area – the same engineering as a large line, just without the automation on top. When your volume grows, the same booth and oven can be brought into a conveyorised line later.
