Our specially developed Model 2022 Powder Coating Gun Machine features an upgraded high voltage cascade and a redesigned powder path that cleans out in minutes for a colour change. Operators report a noticeably better finish on complex shapes and corners.

The smoother internal powder path means less residual powder trapped in bends and fittings, so a colour change genuinely takes minutes rather than the half hour that older gun designs can need.

Built as a direct upgrade path for units currently running our standard spray gun machine, using the same hopper and hose fittings so there is no need to replace the whole setup.
