Industrial Furnace PNG Gas Burner units supplied, installed and serviced for powder coating ovens, drying chambers and small furnaces. Each burner is commissioned with flame safety, air-gas ratio setting and a tuned combustion head so that fuel consumption stays at the minimum.
We also convert existing diesel fired ovens to PNG or LPG – a service many customers use to cut running cost without replacing an oven that is otherwise still in good working order.
Combustion is tuned on-site with a flue gas analyser at commissioning, not just set to a factory default, because the correct air-gas ratio changes with pipe run length, gas pressure and altitude at each individual site.
